At PANISHA Store, we want you to love what you receive. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

All orders are made-to-order. No returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.
In case of a manufacturing defect, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a repair or replacement.

Exchange accepted within 7 days of delivery for size issues.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and tags intact.
Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or wrong items: report within 48 hours with photos for replacement.
Nandika Herbals (Hair Care)
Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Sealed/unopened products: return within 7 days only if wrong or damaged item received.
"Results not as expected" is not a valid return reason as results vary individually.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
COD orders: refund will be transferred to your provided bank account.
